Our window installation will depend on the best solution for your home.

An insert or retrofit installation leaves the perimeter frame intact, so as not to disrupt the existing flashing, stucco, or siding. An insert installation works well with existing wood framed windows with sloped sills where the existing wood sills are in good condition. Retrofit installations are also used on stucco homes with existing aluminum or steel windows which are weather tight and not showing any signs of water entry.

With a new construction or nail fin installation, the entire window frame is removed. This is the preferred method if there are any signs of water entry or the window frames are severely damaged. Because of the extra time required, this is a more costly installation.

Low-E 3 windows have three layers of silver coating applied to the window, insulating your rooms in colder weather and keeping the heat out in warm weather. It blocks 95% of the sun’s damaging ultraviolet rays (a leading cause of fading), so it will help your furniture, carpets, curtains as well.

The unique construction design of the Marvin Integrity Wood-Ultrex ensures a tight seal and features a low-maintenance fiberglass exterior bonded to an all wood interior.
