Windows price

I would like to know if a price tag has been set on Windows 10 IOT for commercial usage. Could it be something like Windows 8, that was free for devices with a screen smaller than 9''? My device is not going to have a screen for normal operation, but in case of errors it could be used for debugging.

Are there any official Microsoft announcements?

That was not the answer I hoped for ;-)

I would be really nice to know for planning development and perhaps sales of a product.
