Customer Reviews

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with great customer service and great installation from beginning to finish the installers did a great job and kept it real clean

one of Buffalos oldest continually ran window and door installers with a good track record. Just installed windows on my customers home and did a swift, neat and professional job

Big L claims to be the only place locally that carries Marvin windows, and so they advised that we need to pre-order and put a deposit down on replacing a vandalized window. We have left them multiple messages with no contact back over the past couple of weeks. There service is terrible, and considering this was an incident of no-fault to us, you'd think they would take pride and deliver good customer service. It's a pathetic way to run a business, and I will certainly be advising friends to not give them any business.
