Allows your icons on the desktop to have a transparent background in early versions of Windows.

Requirements: Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT with at least 1 MB of free disk space.

Update to support larger hard drives (8GB+) and newer media such as the LS-120 or SuperDisk drive.

Requirements: Windows NT 4.0 - Workstation, Server, and Terminal Server and at least 34 KB of disk space.
